Six Banks of Saudi Arabia and UAE going to participate in the Digital Currency Project named "Aber" for cross border payments.
Both countries wanted to use Cryptocurrency for transactions happened between them, Banks will join the Aber project for doing some testing and will do transaction through digital currency if project will got success.
This project will take 12 months approximately, currently all work is going on in testing mode.
The Digital currency project "Aber" will use Blockchain technology based on " Proof Of Concept " protocol.
As Cryptocurrencies are very fast, cheap and secure for doing transactions, By this project UAE and Saudi wanted to make ease in cross border transactions by using cryptocurrency.
